Ingredients

  • Diced tuna in 3/4-inch cubes
  • Sea Salt
  • White onion
  • Green onion
  • 3 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Hot Sauce
  • Tangerine (Juiced)
  • Black Sesame Seeds

Directions

  1. Dice tuna into uniform 3/4-inch cubes
  2. chop white and green onions
  3. Combine onions and ahi and chill
  4. Make the sauce by combining mayo and hot sauce and tangerine juice and apply to poke with a squirt bottle
  5. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds
