Drum Food Fly This is a terrific pattern for redfish and black drum that are feeding on small crabs and shrimp. This is one of my “go-to” patterns while sight fishing redfish this time of year. During the winter months here in east central Florida along the Indian River Lagoon the water is usually low and gin clear, which can make sight fishing in the skinny stuff a technical yet rewarding challenge.
