Wayne Bisbee, owner, and manager of Bisbee tournaments, proclaimed that the 2022 Bisbee Offshore Series Jackpots amounted to a spectacular $3,469,035 this year, in addition to the millions of dollars awarded in the 42-year-old flagship, the “Bisbee Black and Blue.”  In addition to the 2022 East Cape Offshore Tournament’s payout of $1,286,385, the Los Cabos Offshore tournament hit the million-dollar mark for the fourth consecutive time in its 24-year history with its 2022 total of $2,182,650 Jackpot Prizes up for grabs, which resulted in the multi-million-dollar figure.

1st Place Overall & Largest Tuna for FEELING AZUL – $175,649 USD (First team in tournament history to take the Gamefish win – 176-pounds and Marlin win – 555-pounds!)

3rd Place Marlin took the biggest check of the night for daily jackpots entered – TEAM ANAYA – $562,582 for their 446-pound Black Marlin!

2nd Place Release – FREEBIRD – $34,807 . That also scored $44,625. in East Cape Offshore with their 3rd place Release finish.

3rd Place Release – SHOE – $19,337

Top Dorado + Dailies – PUROS AMIGOS PCP – $101,120 for their 52-pound catch.

Day 2 Dorado Jackpot – WILL 2 WIN 2 – $62,900 for their 42 -pound catch. They too placed in the East Cape Offshore with their $50,830.00. Congratulations on a Bisbee twofer.

Day 2 Tuna Jackpot – BURRO – $62,900 for their 95-pound tuna.

That Baja Guy-Gary Graham, the BD Outdoors Baja Editor, has more than five decades fishing experience off of Southern California and the Baja Peninsula. From light tackle and fly up to offshore marlin fishing, Gary has experienced all facets of this fishery.
