Reel Guppy Dockside Learning Center Ribbon Cutting
Port Hueneme, CA – We cordially invite the public to the ribbon-cutting ceremony and official launch of the Reel Guppy Dockside Learning Center.
Reel Guppy Dockside Learning Center, Thursday, February 17, 2022, from 5:00 pm-6:00 pm in the Channel Islands Harbor located at 2741 S. Victoria Avenue, Suite D, Oxnard, CA 93041.
The event will take place in the courtyard to the left of Fisherman’s Wharf. We sincerely hope that you can join us for this memorable event!
The Reel Guppy Dockside Learning Center will serve our community by providing multi-media classroom learning space, family-centered fishing and conservation workshops and clinics, youth leadership and business programs, aquatic life, and maritime history information, and expanded collaboration opportunities with other local organizations.
Angling for adventure, opportunity, and community education since 2011, Reel Guppy Outdoors Inc. has been providing local youth and their families with education and fishing outings at no cost to our participants. Our Mission is to provide a positive environment for our youth using outdoor adventures emphasizing education, life-building lessons, leadership, stewardship, and team building. We seek to empower our participants with the education and skills to enjoy our waters and beaches while promoting good stewardship of our natural resources.
